Shipping & Customer Policies

Shipping Times

How long does it take to receive items?
Like many online businesses, AreReNZen is currently experiencing some delays due to high order volumes—especially during gift-giving seasons. We also operate with an abundance of caution to protect the health and safety of our team.

Most orders are processed within 7 business days.
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link via email.

We appreciate your patience and are working hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Domestic Shipping:
Standard shipping typically takes 2–10 business days, depending on your location.

International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping.
However, we do ship within the continental United States, as well as Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Alaska.

Tracking Issues

My tracking number is not working!
Don’t worry—this is common. Tracking numbers may take up to 24 hours to update after the carrier receives the package.

If your tracking still has not updated after 48 hours, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.

Returns & Exchanges

At this time, AreReNZen Candle Co. is not accepting returns or exchanges.

Damaged Products

If your items arrived damaged during shipping, please email us at Arerenzencandleco@outlook.com within 24–48 hours of delivery.
We will provide further instructions to resolve the issue promptly.

Orders & Address Changes

I entered the wrong shipping address. Can I change it?
If you contact us within 24 hours, we can usually correct the address as long as your order has not already shipped.

Custom or Specialized Candles

We plan to offer special-order and custom-scented candles in the future.
If you are looking for a particular type of candle now, feel free to reach out—we may be able to accommodate your request depending on the circumstances.

Candle Burn & Safety Information

For the safest and best experience with your AreReNZen candles, please follow these recommended burn practices:

General Candle Safety

  • Always trim your wick to ¼ inch before each burn to reduce soot and ensure an even flame.

  • Keep candles on a stable, heat-resistant surface away from drafts, pets, children, curtains, or anything flammable.

  • Never burn a candle for more than 4 hours at a time.

  • Always allow the wax to melt fully across the top during the first burn to prevent tunneling and ensure an even melt pool.

  • Extinguish the flame with a snuffer or by dipping the wick into the melted wax—avoid blowing the candle out to prevent smoke and splatter.

  • Never leave a burning candle unattended.

Choosing the Right Candle for Your Space

Single-Wick Candles

Best for: Small rooms
Single-wick candles work best in bathrooms, small bedrooms, offices, and other compact areas. They provide a soft yet steady fragrance throw that works well in enclosed spaces.

Two- to Three-Wick Candles

Best for: Larger rooms
Candles with two or three wicks are ideal for open-concept layouts, living rooms, large bedrooms, or spacious areas. Multiple wicks help create a stronger scent throw and a more even melt pool across wider surfaces.
