Shipping
How long does it take to receive items?
Similar to most online businesses, we’re experiencing some delays here at AreReNZen with many customers purchasing gifts. Most importantly, we’re operating with an abundance of caution as it relates to the health and safety of our team. Make sure to enter your shipping information during checkout to see your available rates.
During the current time, we expect most orders to be processed within 7 business days. You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your order ships.
Rest assured, we’re working hard to deliver your order as soon as possible.
Domestic Shipping: Our standard shipping typically takes anywhere from 2-10 business days.
Do you offer international shipping?
We currently do not offer international shipping. However, we do ship to the Continental United States along with Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Alaska.
My tracking number is not working!
Don't worry! All packages take up to 24 hours to update as the carrier needs to receive the package and update it within their system after it's picked up from our warehouse, so it's likely your package will update by the end of the day. If there's any outstanding issues after 48 hours please contact us and we'll look into the situation.

AreReNZen Candle Co. will not be excepting any returns or exchanges at this time.
Damaged Products
If any items are damage by shipping, an email can be sent to Arerenzencandleco@outlook.com within 24 to 48 hours. Further instruction will be provided.
Orders
I entered the wrong shipping address. Can I change it?
If you contact us within the first 24hrs we should be able to correct the address if the item (s) have not shipped out.
Can I order a specialized candle or scented candle?
In the future we will be taking special order candles. If you are looking for a particlar type of candle please do not hesitate to reach out to us and ask. There are some case where we would be able to complete such an order depending on the circumstances.
